Core Concept Consulting worked alongside LLW Holdings Ltd, Ankenman Marchand Architecture, and the City of White Rock to complete the civil design works for Newport at Westbeach. Located ocean-side at the intersection of Marine Drive and Oxford Street in the heart of White Rock, Newport at Westbeach features luxury condos, 2-level townhomes, and street-level retail spaces. The ultra-modern building design includes an expansive use of glass, spacious terraces, balconies, and rooftop gardens. To support the development, Core Concept prepared designs for utility and roadworks upgrades along Marine Drive, Oxford Street, And Buena Vista Avenue.
